The reason I ask is that it's so hard to tell if a pic is genuine these days. There are so many really clever fakes out there.

Imagine you're a famous man and your cock pic is out there somewhere. You could just claim it's not you, it's been edited. You could even manufacture another actual fake from the original and claim that is the original source photo.
Some people will still believe it's real, others will say it's faked.
It kind of removes the stigma about it, too.
Whether that really is Dominic Calvani naked or not, I love the pic. He's always been a damn sexy man and it's been far too long since we last enjoyed him on the blog.
