Happy Friday everyone!

I'm so glad this week is over. I've been feeling distinctly ill this week and while I'm hoping it's not the dreaded virus I think there's a chance it could be considering it's rampant in the UK now. I've managed to avoid it so far but I think it's inevitable eventually. Thankfully I've had my first shot so I seem to be over the worst of it.

I need a couple of days to just sit and be, enjoy the garden, have a couple of beers and just relax.

Aidan Gall is going to help with that endeavor.

This is the first time we've seen him here on the blog but I don't think it's going to be the last time we admire this awesome body and that handsome face.

Obviously he's a very sporty guy, and that's probably why he's classed as a Fitness Model. I don't care what category he falls into as long as we get to enjoy him showing off that amazing body.

These photos are just random, gathered from my searches, I think it's a good mix of him showing off his best assets and they definitely have me wanting to see more.
