It's so hot here. I mean it's roasting. I went for another run this morning just to work up a sweat and hopefully cool down a little. It didn't work well. Now I'm sat at my desk and wondering how much it would cost to hire an assistant just to fan me and pour ice water down my back every thirty minutes.
