Gay Horror Film Blood-Red Ox

The gay horror genre has delivered incredible nude moments over the years - think 2015’s Drink Me and 2011’s Vampire Boys (where Hey Qween! go-go dancer/adult star Greg McKeon exposes his famous penis). Blood-Red Ox is more or less about enjoying the male form in all of its glory. But there is a plot, which involves boyfriends who succumb to horrific hallucinations after traveling deep into the Bolivian rainforest in an attempt to push the reset button on their lives.

Amat (Kaolin Bass) is the first to have these visions, which involve the titular ox. His other half, Amir (Mazin Akar), at first attempts to shake Amat from his visions before he also begins having them.  

Kaolin Bass goes as far as a man can go on screen - he shows his butt, balls, penis, and even his butthole, to the entire world.
