The Fascinating Erotic History Of Rick Wayne
I don't know why it's taken so long to feature Rick Wayne here at Gay Body Blog, but at least we're getting around to it.
There's a lot to potentially talk about here but I'm going to try to keep it as brief as possible and stick mostly to his naked work in physique photography from back in the day.
I recommend doing a little reading out there to find out just how fascinating this man is.
Born Learie Carasco in St. Lucia in 1938, Rick Wayne has done a hell of a lot in his life. He moved to England and served in the military for two years before becoming a pop singer, then a radio personality, a bodybuilding competitor and - as you'll see - a physique model with a proud erotic leaning.
In competition he won numerous titles at every level, including Mr. World, Mr. Universe and Mr. Europe.
He's also written numerous books and articles on bodybuilding and politics.
What wasn't really known, until much later, was that he'd also extensively posed for several photographers in extremely revealing ways, and these photos really stand out as an indication of just how modern and forward thinking this man is.
I'm assuming these photos are from the 1950s and 60s.
While it can be said that he might never have imagined that these photos would one day reach such a wide audience, I think we can see from his achievements that he's not the kind of man to be shy about it, or ashamed of it.
He's 84 now, and it's clear he's led a full and fascinating life. I sincerely hope that he's working on a biography because I would love to read about his adventures, especially when it comes to how these photos came to be and what he felt and feels about them.
I hope he's proud, he should be. Many of us can only dream of packing so much adventure and interest into our short time here.
Enjoy this handsome chap and his... handsome chap!
