The Dark And Sexy Photography Of Bogdan Stanga – With US Marine Joseph

This is the first time we've seen the work of photographer Bogdan Stanga on the blog, but what an incredible introduction it is.

The model is known as Joseph, but we also know that he's a US Marine as well as being a handsome muscled man willing to pose for some very sexy images.

This man isn't at all shy, and he doesn't have reason to be.

While these photos have a heavy digital influence on them with plenty of manipulation after the shoot that is the style the artist is going for. I used to be quite dismissive of the digital alterations made after a shoot but now I get it, it's like adding a second layer of art over the original image, so really it's just building on the source material to create what you initially intended.

In the case of this shoot I think it works well in most of the photos, I can only see a few places here and there where I probably would have held back on the smoothing.

I do like this model, I think we might have seen one or two photos of him before without knowing who he was, but now we've seen this collection I might have to do a little digging and see what else I can discover :)
