I Need A Gym Buddy Like Rob Riches

I have a few friends I occasionally work out with, but I sometimes feel that they can be more of a distraction than a help. You know what I mean, right? :)

I probably need a personal trainer, but I also know that if I were to choose one I'd probably be looking for eye-candy rather than any actual help. You also know what I mean there, right?

I was thinking this morning that I could use a workout buddy or personal trainer like Rob Riches, but then I started to think twice about that idea after enjoying some of his photos a little too much.

This British-born hunk of handsome manliness should have been on the blog a long time ago, seeing as he's apparently so big in the world of fitness modeling. With a body like his it's understandable.

He's now living in Los Angeles, having moved there to take his career to the next level.

There are a lot of guys in the fitness modeling world, but chances are pretty high that you've seen his chest and abs on all kinds of things from supplements to billboards, and you probably didn't even know it.
