Cameron Mackintosh Shows Why Starched Cotton Boxers Are Awesome
Guys, I think I might be falling off the wagon with regard to my love of underwear.
If you've been a reader of the blog for more than a year you probably know that I've long battled an underwear addiction. It's flippant and funny at times, but it can be damn expensive too. I've actually done very well for a while now, limiting what I buy and choosing to admire guys in their own underwear rather than filling another drawer in my bedroom, but after seeing this shoot with Cameron Mackintosh I think I might need to indulge.
I love all kinds of undies, but there is something so damn sexy about starched cotton boxers, just like the ones Cameron Mackintosh is showing off in this shoot by photographer Nicholas Andrews.
Now, you might think that the creases and fold marks on these are a mistake, that they should have ironed them out. You would be wrong, because that's one of the things that makes this shoot perfect and I think Mr. Andrews knows it.
You shouldn't iron creases out of crisp cotton boxers like these, they add to the sexiness of them, in my humble opinion. I don't exactly know why that is, but I think some of you will agree in the comments that this shoot would look less attractive if these shorts were ironed and floppy.
Cameron is gorgeous too, a great model for a shoot like this.
Let me know what you think in the comments, and have a fantastic Sunday!
