I'm amazed. It's been more than six years since we had Chris Campanioni appear in a post on the Gay Body Blog. Back then Zack was commenting that he might be the sexiest man alive, and there were a lot of readers who seemed to agree that even if it's unreasonable to make that distinction about one guy based on only a little work, it's absolutely true that he's physically stunning to look at.
Having seen this gorgeous guy a few times and learning a lot more about him since, I can definitely say that he's not only a gorgeous young man but he's pretty remarkable inside too.
Since that shoot he's gone on to become an award-winning writer. Yes, he's not just a handsome male model, he's also a teacher and author. While I selfishly wish he would be a model a lot more often, it's actually great to see a guy like him braking out of this stereotypical image of what a male model is and being more.
There are a few examples I can think of where male models have proven that they're not just a pretty face. It should be obvious, of course. This strange assumption so many have that a good looking man in the business of modeling must be hollow or void of any depth or other layer of talent is entirely unfounded. Indeed, there is plenty of evidence to the contrary. I've fallen into that trap, too.
So, admire him and appreciate his physical beauty, but please also search for his writing and admire his other talents. I would recommend taking a look at chriscampanioni.com
Have a great Monday!
