Hairy Bear Dan Lovell – My Gorilla, My Love By Rick Castro

I'm back after a few days away, and I'm feeling good! I hope you've all had a great Christmas and are planning to have a great New Year too whether you're chilling out at home (like me) or going out to dance the night away.

Now, there's no easy way to subtly introduce this post, it's a strange one, but one that all the hairy bear lovers out there will certainly enjoy. It features the beefy and grizzly (in a bear sense) Dan Lovell, being photographed by Rick Castro for a shoot titled "My Gorilla, My Love".

I'm sure you can pick out the strangeness in this collection of photos, but let me help you just in case...

Yes, that is a hairy cup and saucer he's drinking out of, and yes, that is a man in a gorilla outfit joining him. I love how the costume isn't just a prop either, it's a proper fashion "accessory" with the designer listed too.

They even mention the surroundings, like the furry bedding! ;)

I guess this is the kind of shoot all the real dedicated bear fans love, and although I wouldn't consider myself to be a bear fan in that sense, I can definitely appreciate the interesting shoot and I don't think I would be kicking Dan out of my furry bed if I found him in it.
