If you go to the gym, there are probably days when you get out of bed and you feel as though you just can't be bothered to go there and sweat your nuts off for a couple of hours (or however long your workout lasts). But then there are sometimes things that manage to drag you there, things that convince you that it'll be more worthwhile than just getting fit and feeling good - things like David Rich! lol

Yes, he's a personal trainer, and like a lot of personal trainers in the world he also happens to be drop dead gorgeous. It goes without saying that a young man in that kind of business has to be his own advertisement, and all personal trainers should have great bodies. But it also seems that most personal trainers also happen to be make models, and have the whole package going on.

Trust me when I say that if this guy was a personal trainer at my gym, and I could be guaranteed to spend some time with him during my workout, I would probably be the buffest guy I know right now! lol
