Where Is Doug Ogden?

About a year ago I had a friend call me up and tell me she was sending me a couple of images of a new male model who was being tipped to be pretty big. She works in the industry so she gets all these little bits of info when something happens.

The guy was Doug Ogden, and I have to confess that when I saw that handsome face and that gorgeous smile I was pretty much in love. The dude is already hot, and that's before he gets any of his kit off. And when he does it just gets even better!

So, after seeing that the legendary Rick Day had snapped him in his usual immense style, giving some portrait, physique and fashion shots, my friend and I were kind of expecting to see him burst into the modeling world and start getting some great opportunities with some of the big names out there.

I stumbled across these pics by Rick Day again today and went on a little search, and I can't find very much about him!

I don't know why, but it seems that he's not become the massive name we were kind of expecting him to be. That's odd, after all Rick Day doesn't just photograph any hot guy. He has an eye for some of the sexiest men, and working with him usually means a career taking off shortly after.

It's a shame he hasn't done more, but I still expect to see him become a big name. I'm looking forward to it too. I think maybe Rick Day should get Doug Ogden back in front of his cameras and give him the "bedroom sports jock" treatment he's so famous for! ;)
