Movie Star Handsome – Matt Janssen

I think I've only said this about a couple of guys I've featured on the blog here, but it definitely applies to Matt Janssen more so than I think it has applied to any other. I might have to go back and review those statements after finding this guy, but Matt Janssen really is movie star handsome!

There's a bit of a selfish reason for me featuring this gorgeous young man on the blog here, and I think that a few of you might understand why I had to when I bring it up...

If you're over the age of 30, there's a good chance that you'll remember a certain young actor who passed away a little too early. He was a pretty remarkable young man who rose to fame quickly, and was expected to be the next James Dean. Indeed, it was even suggested that they had some similarities.

Of course, I'm talking about River Phoenix.

There is definitely more than a passing resemblance in these images by Harvey Miedreich, and as a huge fan of the limited work River Phoenix appeared in I can say that with some authority!

Matt Janssen is his own man though, and although there isn't a whole lot of information out there about this gorgeous young hottie right now, Soul Model Management are doing a lot of work to get him recognized.

Oh, and if you've never seen anything starring River Phoenix, check out the slightly bizarre My Own Private Idaho - alongside Keanu Reeves. It is a little strange, but definitely worth watching!
